The good people at Baker's Delight must have known I come from a long line of fruit cake conoisseurs.

| Verdict: Nice flavour. Soft and moist but not boozy. My eldest gave it a 9.2 out of 10. He comes from a long line of fruit cake enthusiasts so that is high praise indeed. |

I'm with you on fruitcake yumminess!! I need to stop at the store now and pick myself up some and some eggnog!!!
I didn't make my Christmas cake in time this year (it needs to sit and mature) - but I do crave fruitcake quite a lot, this has made it worse!
Oh, so scrumptious. Lucky you. Wish fruit cake would appear on my doorstep.
